At this first consult you can choose to sign a contract with us securing us for your special day. A retainer is required at your contract signing. We will fill out the contract with all the details you have up to that time and we will finish it, closer to the wedding, when we have our final consultation and we will be able to discuss all the last minute details and finalize any details you want us to be aware about.

At your first and second consultation, we will go over your wedding day hour by hour and help create the perfect timeline to maximize our services for the most perfect amount of time for photos throughout the day.

We will arrive in plenty of time to set up and be prepared to capture all your details and priceless memories that you will cherish a lifetime. We will determine the perfect places for those magical photos you have been dreaming about.

Sneak peeks will be discussed at your consultations and will be only shared where you agree to. All your high resolution, fully edited images will be placed on a online gallery, where you can download them to your devices or simply share your link with friends and family, as well as each wedding couple will be gifted a personalized keepsake USB drive box gift set that will house your wedding images and be kept safe from.

We offer two options for ordering your photos. All sessions come with an ordering session in our studio. Alternatively, your photos will be available for purchase through your online album.

Yes, there is a down payment required to book and secure your wedding date. A non-refundable retainer will be required when you have decided to sign our contract and secure us for your wedding day. All retainers are non-refundable but will be applied to your balance.

Yes, you own printing rights to your photos. You have full rights to print, post and share anywhere you want. The copyrights of the images remain with the photographer, but we will not post any images you do not want posted, shared or used on our website or advertising pages.

  Yes we take traditional family portraits at all weddings, if requested. This is the time for us to capture individual and group photos of some of your special people in your lives. During our last consultation, we will make sure we go over your family grouping list, so that those most important in your life are on our shot list.

Yes we travel as long as it's within 45 miles of Rochester at no cost and outside of 45 miles we only charge a small fee to cover our gas fee.

Yes we do, work with a second shooter. We try to provide a second shooter for all wedding packages at no additional cost. We love providing more photos than expected.
